Profile
I run digital projects in industry: ERP, service desk, integrations and an online shop. Trained as both an industrial and a business engineer, I look at how the work is done and what changing it is worth. Self-taught in AI, I build applications with AI agents in my own time.
Experience
- Business Central site administrator. Automated approval workflows for purchase orders, invoices and quotations, removing 14 days of waiting, sometimes more.
- Moved a 25-person support team from a shared mailbox to Jira Service Management, about 100 new requests a day.
- Built a form-to-ticket integration (JSON, REST API, Power Automate) that creates complete, structured tickets with the right reporter.
- Prototyped an AI agent that summarises incoming requests and routes them to the right queue.
- Deployed an online shop with the web integrator in 2026: team coordination, testing, developer liaison and configuration.

Sixteen weeks modelling the battery health of an electric bus fleet from raw telemetry.
Own project
Designed and built end to end. Web, iOS and Android. An assistant with 16 tools that act on real data, an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT, 20 server functions and 149 automated tests.
